NPC quests question

Hi.

When you are doing a NPC quest, do you have any limit levelto finish it? I saw somewhere that some of them have limits (eg. lvl30-35), but i don't know if it means that I have to finish it beforeslvl 35 or if it means that it's available until lvl 35
Hope that someone can answer me that.

this level requierement is to get the quest...u can finish the quest with level 50 if u want ;)
except quest with timelimit like the quest for 35 armor ,NPC quest + lvl 55 = lvl 56 within 1 week .
