Q 1: My Launcher doesnt work, how do I start the game?
A: The game cannot be started by the Launcher on your computer:
1. go to http://fate.netgame.com
2. Log in with your username and password
3. Press Game Start
Q 2: Every time I press Game Start, I get a pop-up saying Please install add-ons distributed by MGAMEUSA. Corp. There is nothing to download / install so what should I do?
A: At the moment the only fix is to use Mozilla Firefox.

Q 1: Will we get compensated for the days our GSC were bugged?

A: Go into your SoF folder, under client, right click on the client.exe, select properties, select compatibility, select Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows 95. Click ok, try to launch the game - GM Firawen

Q 1: Why are there no fields for the 1:1 inquiry page?
A: If you are using Firefox, the fields are not displayed. They can be displayed by pressing the mouse wheel. They will appear on the right side. The fields are normally displayed in Internet Explorer. - musicbubbles
Q 2: My Inquiry has been unanswered and/or in the same state for weeks, what do I do?
A: Please stay patient and do not send more inquiries, this will slow the process down. You will always get support sooner or later.
Q 3: Will deleting and redoing my Inquiry take longer?
A: Yes, deleting your inquiry and submitting a new one will put you at the end of the line, however its the end of the line for your issue type. We divide the inquiry up into categories, like hacking, general questions, bugs, etc. Some categories go faster than others. Usually general questions get finished first, because we just have to type out the answer, whereas a hacking inquiry takes hours to investigate sometimes due to the amount of information we have to go over. Usually well have one GM take one category, while the other gm works on another. This can result in some inquiry being answered before others, even though they were submitted at a later date. Its not that were trying to be unfair, we are just doing the best method we have to answer as many inquiry as possible, as quickly as possible, with the amount of staff that we have. - GM Firawen

Q 1: The password I entered contains spaces/symbols and now I cant log in. What do I do?
A: Request a lost password. Symbols are not recommended to be in passwords. These may corrupt the password database or prevent your password from being encrypted. - REAL****
Q 2: How do I change my characters gender when making it?
A: Your gender depends on the gender you chose while creating an account. - ETHI****

Q 3: I registered an account but did not receive the activation code, what do I do?
A: Activation emails are usually received within 10 minutes. We recommend you use one of the following email providers:
- Gmail
- Windows Live

Q 1: What level do I need to be to trade or sell any premium items?
A: You need to be level 40 to be able to trade or sell any of your premium items you have purchased in the Premium Shop. Premium Items can be transferred to another character in your account by placing it in your Account Storage, this does not work for Pets. - n5player
Q 2: Whats the difference between permanent and temporary costumes?
A: Well Temporary costumes are the ones which you can only keep for a certain period of time, depending on how much you paid. You can also choose what type of options you want on the costumes. They have a little yellow circle on the picture which symbolize a clock/time.
Permanents are the ones you can keep forever and youll have to put citrines on them yourself. - SOND****
Q 3: I see people running around with different hairstyle and colors, how do I change mine?
A: Each class has its own default hairstyle. Special hairstyle/colors may be purchased in the Premium Shop:

Q 4: Can a day costume be merged with a House Uniform?
A: No, Day costume wont work, you just can merge it with a original (permanent) costume. - VIET****

Q 1: Why am I unable to promote to 2nd promo?
A: You need to spend all your ability points and un-equip the special ring and earring you received in 1st promo, from the level 22 and level 27 high quests.

Q 2: Should I do quests?
A: Its not required to do them, but we do recommend making them. By finishing quests you will obtain rewards which might make your game play better/more fun. Rewards exist out of items, experience and ki.

Q 1: Why cant i equip the hp 80 ring i got from a bronze chest?
A: Its a ring that can only be used by pets. If the ring says Equip: Ring then that means you can wear the ring but make sure your not under the level required to wear it - n5player
Q 2: How can i get to arena?
A: Going to Don and clicking on Marketplace which will teleport you to it. From there you click on the big npc named Jarlath and then click Open Battle Arena (which any level can go to and fight for fun) or Class Battle Arena (which you can only see people that is the same promo as you example: 1st promo vs 1st promo 3rd promo vs 3rd promo etc.) - n5player
Q 3: Why can i not summon my pet that i just got?
A: Start the Pet Skill Book Quest (1/5) from Heather in Central Valley. If you have already done this quest and your pet still will not summon then maybe your pet is angry at you so buy a Flower Blossom from Heather these are 5,000 Gold each. - n5player
Q 4: My pet seems angry at me, what should I do?
A: Feed it. After feeding it enough, the face icon will turn green and give extra stats to your pet.
Q 5: Why does Authority Clash and other major events lag so much?
A: Probably because your video card is integrated, even though your computer can be awesome in other aspect, if the computer video card is integrated, then it would drag that your performance by a lot.
Tip: Turn off skill effect on option window in game subdivision, that will reduce some lag. - SUPP****
Q 6: Why are items so hard to find? like clean C/O7 Blades, bows or +1 Earrings?
A: There are rare items, and arent supposed to be found easily, keep killing mobs and you might have a lucky drop!
Q 7: Where are the Infinite Catacombs located?
A: Teleporting site located behind the right side of arena grandstand near the order agent in Central valley. Also for an easier way to find it look for the npc Eunkun on the CV mini map. - sakurin
Q 8: What is the best (PvP) class?
A: There is no real best class, each class has their own good and bad points which can both be boosted by making good gears for them, and optionally using premium to boost your characters power
Q 9: Should I use Essence before or after Enhancing?
A: We recommend you use it after you used rubies on your gear/weapon. This is because the part you are Enhancing could possibly break. If it breaks you would lose the Amethysts that you placed on the part.
Q 10: I cant give a skill to my student, it says You cannot teach a skill in your current situation.
A: Try to do a relog, both student and master. And remember you have to be near each other to give a skill to the student.
Q 11: How do I reset my abilities
A: Abilities can be reset or gained back in a few ways:
- Delevel and relevel. Do keep in mind that when you delevel 2(above 1st promo) random ability points are removed.
- Baekdu Ginseng - Reset all abilitiy points.
