Good free mmorpg with fun quests.?

Ok, I need a good FREE mmorpg, with fun quests. Most mmo's only have fetch quests where all you do is fight x amount of monsters, or collect x amount of items. I need one with quests that are fun to do.



If anyone has played Runescape before they will know what im talking about. There is not a single fetch quest in the entire game, each quest has its own plot, with a lot more to do that fetch stuff for an NPC.



I have been playing:

WoW- but I don't want to pay anymore.

Last Chaos- but its boring,

Shaiya- but all the quests are fetch quests, so its also boring.

Fiesta- much better, this is what I'm playing right now.
