For the Gamers!! what do you think?

When you tell people that your into the video games (Wow, guild wars,warhammer ect) , do they look at you like you should be 290 pounds and plain out nasty?

Once some one said, " your lien only geeks and nerds, and fat people play that." ????

im 16 female, 128 pounds, average looking.



why can't people play/do what they want, i don'tunderstand why people are so judge mental.

Have you ever had a similar problem (any Videogame)

I agree...i am 28, i personally think i'm cute (not to toot my own horne) and i am a gamer (wow is my choice of addiction)

I work full time, live w/ my boyfriend (also wow-er) both of us work full time, and he is quit handsome himself.

I also have many of my guild friends as friends on myspace/facebook and they're all quite handsome people, so there is the theory that only old fat ugly people are gamers.

i also think TV/movies (see Southpark wow episode) make it seem that those kind of people are the only ones playing.

its just the stereotype, im big for my size. 14, 220 pounds, but i do more than just game. i work out alot and i am in wrestling.

Also my ansesters are farmer, so their big guys.



and for your problem, just ignore it.

ive been playing mario since when i was born. The bad comments and whatnot are just stupid. just learn to ignore them and someday you might be able to laugh at them.

i play Xbox live, so im talking to many many people.

uasually when you beat them, they just say anything and everything they can to try and make themself look good.

well u sound like a pretty women but people just automatically think that nerds and fat *** people play those kinds of games.. i mean i play runescape which is a little nerdy its kinda like wow but im in shape i got a good looking gf and im known well around my school and ppl know i play it and they still like me and ppl dont think of me any nerdier or gay or anything stupid like that but ppl are probaly just surprised about how you look and you play little nerdy games like that just tell them that you like it and its kinda fun and that u like to play it just doesnt mean your ugly and you have no life and spend countless hours on the computer

ill even take it farther than video games, i play D&D, yes im a geek, been playing it since i was 12 and now im 27, i weight 280, but im also 6'4", i easily tower over most people
