World of Warcraft question?

ok ive never played it but i was wondering whats so special about it, im not ur gamer type but i hear people talking about it like are u going to get the new expansion pack and stuff like that and one of my freinds said that you have to play it to like it so is it reall "THE" game for pc

i would like to say that world of warcraft is a wast of money, and a waste of your life, you will and i am not lying, get addicted to this game if you play it alot. It costs 15 a month anf it is gunna leave you with less money. If i were you i would just let the game stay away from you and if u want to play good games play gears of war call of duty or more sports games which i think are more fun to play and you wont have to pay as much, but i wouldnt play world of warcraft.

It's a MMORPG ( Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game ) that is filled with exciting quests, monsters, worlds, and dungeons. You start at level 1 and progress through the levels by gaining experience, and getting better gear. There are currently 3 worlds. (technically two continents on a world and another world). It would take you much over an hour to run from the top of one of the continents to the bottom. (Same for both continents and the other world). With WotLK (the new expansion, Wrath of the Lich King) there will be an additional continent (the third continent) on Azeroth (the world). With Outlands (The other world) remaining for levels 60-70. With the new expansion there will be a new level capacity of 80, which is exciting for many players. Once you get to the max level, there are many things available including fast land mounts, very fast flying mounts, new content (Raid zones, for example: 10 man raids and 25 man raids), there are guilds to join, massive cities to hang out in (with auction houses, banks, mailboxes, etc.), professions (blacksmithing, jewelcrafting, tailoring, etc.), secondary professions (first aid, fishing, riding skill, etc.), weapon skills (axes, swords, daggers, etc.), pvp(player vs. player) battlegrounds where the horde and alliance fight. In the new expansion there will be siege weapons as well.



All in all, there is tons of things to experience in the World of Warcraft. Sorry for the wall of text, i just quickly wrapped up a few things about the game.

World of Warcraft is an interesting game. As far as I'm concerned,most people like playing this game.In fact the World of Warcraft give me lots of happiness.Usually I like getting online with others to talk about it.
