To give something back to our VIP players for their continue support, we will be offering VIP players more VIP Badge services.

Conditions

Once players have joined the VIP system, they should purchase and exchange 2,000 IGG points for AO points to apply for their VIP Badge. Each VIP account is only allowed up to 3 VIP badges.
- 1-Star VIP accounts can only apply for one Level 1 VIP Badge.
- 2-Star VIP accounts can only apply for one Level 1 VIP Badge and one Level 2 VIP Badge.
- 3-Star VIP accounts can only apply for one Level 1 VIP Badge and two Level 2 VIP Badges.


How do I apply for a VIP Badge?

a. Login at http://service.igg.com/ , and click on "Submit Issues" under "Self Service".


b. Choose "Angels Online" and choose "VIP Account Service" (only for the VIP account).



c. Choose "VIP Badge Application" and submit the form


Note
1. VIP Badges are only valid for one year. All VIP Badges received before July 15th, 2009 will be deleted during the first server maintenance in the following month when they expired.
2. After their badges expired, VIP players can apply for a VIP Badge again as long as their accounts are still VIP status.
3. VIP Badges can not be transferred to other servers. We can not help VIP players restore their VIP Badges.
4. We will be rolling out the Level 2 VIP Badges for our players very soon!
