A Personal favorite of mine, I found these zones an excellent area to level low level characters.

The City of Borealis opens out into Holes in the Wall a zone many, many mission locations, all within Close reach. Further out lies Stret West Bank, and the Neutral outpost of Last Ditch, home to the famous Reet's Retreat.

There are pockets of 25% Gas in both Holes and Stret West so be careful while going from Mission to Mission.

The area around the sub-zone Boondock (It appears in both Holes and Stret West) is a good hunting area for those between 20 and 30.

How do I get there?

There is no Grid point in any of these zones, best bet is to grid to Newland and Whom-pah to Borealis from there.

There is a Whom-pah to Borealis in Newland City, there is also a Whom-pah to Last Ditch from Borealis.

Locations of note

Borealis
A Fine starting city, and a very easy location to start characters out in. It is relatively small and has everything you need to keep going. It also houses the mysterious Fixer shop, just outside the city - this is the location those shady characters go to get their unique items.

Last Ditch
Another Neutral Outpost, most famous for housing the Reet's Retreat Club, a popular meeting location for many, and occasionally home to huge parties!

Recommended Level: Holes: Levels 5-20, Stret West: Levels 20-70.

Mobs: Striders, Snakes, Leets, Reets, Nighthowlers, Mutants.
