In Striking Ant Forest in Tir County, coords 1930x1500, you can find Nodda Gregg.

The items you'll need are:

Bronto Stew

Bronto Rib Burger

Unfortunately these items can't just be bought or found, so you have to know where to start looking! The key is Gregg's dialogue

Once you say 'Hello' or 'Hi' to Nodda he will tell you he is hungry and ask if the bronto burger stand he saw earlier in Tir is open yet. Say to him 'The bronto stand is open' and he will tell you about their wonderful stew and ask if you would mind fetching him some. Say 'I will bring you some bronto stew' and a mission will appear in your menu. It will be a 'return item' style mission.

So, off in search of stew then!

As you might have guessed it's time to head over to the Bronto Burger stand in Tir. There you find an NPC named Berta, it seems she has been let down though, ask her about supplies and she will explain her problem. She needs you to go and get her some supplies. This is where we will make things easier and get both the items Nodda wants, the stew he has already asked for and the rib burger he will ask you for after the you have completed the first quest. Berta will be able to make you both the items that Nodda wants but she needs her ingredients, what you need to locate are:

Bronto Meat

Bronto Prime Rib

Now these you can get, they drop off various forms of minibrontos and young brontos you'll find scattered around Rubi-Ka. You can find them in Newland (around the lake), Aegean (herders hole), Greater Omni Forest, Andromeda and I am sure elsewhere. The ribs seem to drop most from the minibrontos and the meat from young brontos.

Once located, return to Tir and trade the items separately to Berta, give her the meat and she will give you back the stew. Give her the ribs and the Rib burger will be your reward.

With both those items secured head back to Nodda and first trade him the stew.

The reward is a pair of Loose Fitting Hydraulic Gloves, a nice item for its level.

Amazingly though Nodda will still be hungry! When he mentions this say to him 'Rib Burgers?' and a second mission will be awarded for the ribs. Since we have already done the leg work for that just hand it straight in for your reward.

This time you get some Solid Steel Hydraulic Legwear, again decent for their level.
