The Newland area is the central plateau of the Neutral territories, a large expanse of desert mostly, it surrounds the main Neutral City of Newland.

The vast desert hides an absolute Plethora of mission locations as well as having two pockets of 25% political suppression gas, allowing PvP combat between Omni and Clan forces, mostly around the outpost of MeetmeDere.

How do I get there?

You can grid right to Newland, the grid point is just outside the walls of Newland city and needs Computer Literacy skill of 90 to use.

There is a Whom-pah right in the middle of Newland City, you can Whom-pah there from either Borealis or Tir.

Locations of note

Newland City
Bit obvious, but one of the primary features of these zones is the main Neutral City of Newland, while not a patch of the size of Athens, Tir, Rome or Omni One it still has just about everything you need. As mentioned above the grid point is actually outside the city! Just hang a left outside the main gate and you will see it just around the corner.

The Town of Meetmedere
PvP location for low to mid levels - not as popular as it once was. The town has 25% gas so be careful if accepting missions in and around this location! There is a grid point to Meetmedere, but thankfully it is outside the 25% zone so you can zone in safely.

Rhinoman Valley and Rhinoman Cockpit
There is a large Rhinoman village in the center of the zone, a common mission location, the Rhinomen are not aggressive but they are social MoBs so attacking one will bring the wrath of all - so be careful!

The Rhinoman Cockpit over the acid river in the North east of the zone is a popular hunting location as there are insurance terminals nearby in the bridge outpost in the sub zone 'Treacherous Turf'.
