So where can this be found?
You'll need to track over to the outpost of Hope in Mort. This far flung location can be reached by Woompa from either Stret West or Newland Desert.

Once there you are looking for a gentleman by the name of Zoftig Blimp.

Right click on him to open his dialogue screen. You can chat to him if you like and he will tell you a little about why he's there. Once done you can click the shopping cart icon at the bottom of his dialogue screen. This will open his shop

So what's for sale?
Well it seems that Zoftig has a fine selection of fashionable clothing for sale, they all have some minor ability bonuses as well.

Ruby Arcanum Specs - These specs add 1 to Psychic
Sapphire Arcanum Specs - These specs add 1 to Intelligence
Original Mentor's Straw Hat - Adds 5 to Dimach as well as some ACs
