This quest came in with 14.7 and involves collecting weapons for one of the Sentinels High Commanders. To find him and start the quest you'll have to head to the Sentinel's Tower Research station in Wailing Wastes. It can be found in the far North East of that zone, just past the crater lake. The easiest way is to use the Whom-Pah in Old Athen and run from the outpost in Wailing Wastes.

The coordinates for the base are 2648 x 3421, it is right above the Crater Lake as shown below.

You will find Fielding at the top level of the base at the start of the upper row of barracks.

The star marks where High Commander Fielding is located.

Right Click to him and the conversation dialogue window will open.

In the course of your conversation he will tell you that the sentinels are close to some major breakthrough in tower design but are short a few components. He will as if you are willing to go and collect them for him.

Tell him that you are willing to do so and you will receive the quest.

You will get a mission and a Dimension crushing storage device will appear in your inventory.

The mission requires you to collect twelve of these weapons:

Fine Tuned Westinghouse IM-50 Plasma Burners

These weapons drop off the Omni-Tek Guards wearing energized armor in Avalon. They can be found in and around either omni outpost in Avalon, but be warned they are over level 150 and in and around a very heavily defended base. You can pull them out if you are careful but going for any of those inside the base is going to be no easy feat and require several well organized teams but we don't recommend that approach. The best way to do this is to get to the main outpost, there are enough guards outside the bases to work on this quest. Head for coordinates 2161 x 1388 which will put you slightly NE from the OT Main Base, near a hill. The hill itself has enough guards to keep you or your team supplied with the Plasma Burners you need with a much lower risk factor.

We would not recommend fighting in and around the towers, whilst they do less damage then some of the guards they have insane amounts of hitpoints and are better just being avoided.

Combine each of the plasma burners with the Dimension Crushing Storage Device until it is full with ten.

Return the full device to Supply Master Smug for your token, exp and cash. It would seem at the moment that there is no item reward for this quest.
