If you find the Mongol Meat stand in Tir (around coords 440x370) you will find Genghis behind the counter. Say Hi or Hello to introduce and he will stop what he's doing and speak to you.

Once he has said his bit, tell him work? and he will assign you a mission to deliver some supplies that he tells you are frozen to a Sam Chin just outside Tir, as the contents are frozen you have to complete the mission inside 4 minutes.

You will find a mission icon has appeared and a Supply Crate will have appeared in your inventory. All you have to do is deliver it to someone called Sam Chin.

Sam Chin is a female Opifex that can be found outside in the Tir County sub zone of Inquisitive Wasp (around coords 2730x625). She shouldn't be too hard to find. Once a mission is finished with her though she does wander off briefly (presumably to put away her frozen goods before they melt!) but she comes back within a minute.

Trade her the supply crate and you will rewarded with some credits and exp.

That's all there is to it!

You do seem to be able to do this quest as often as you like if you feel so inclined.
