| Main | This is the static Dungeon added in patch 14.6, it's for low level players under level 25. There are two main areas, the upper levels take the form of a subway system that is inhabited by all the forgotten folk of Rubi-Ka, muggers, looters and forgotten droids are scattered throughout the dungeon. It's unique in that it can be accessed from various locations throughout Rubi-Ka, Omni, Clan and Neutrals all have access to their own 'version' of the subway. In effect it's three seperate instances, they don't link, and are still affected by the normal rules for static dungeons. Once it gets 'full' the next player in will enter an other version as is the same for all the statics. However give there are three instances and is only for levels before Lvl 25, it's unlikely you'll get seperated from other players, and remember teams always enter the same dungeon. You can find the subway in Borelais, Athens and Rome ![]() The Borelais entrance to the Subway ![]() The entrance area is filled with billboards for various AO related items that might be familiar, including Beaker's Helpbot Along this passage you will find a main area with exits to the left and right. To the left you will find a series of handy shops that you can use to buy and sell from. There is another room past the shops, but it is a dead end full of muggers and looters. Note that the mugger mobs are agro and will attack you on sight. Here is a map of the Subway, provided by the guild 'Corporate Legionaires' ![]() It's to the right that the main section of the subway can be found. There are some nice items to be found on this upper level of the dungeon, including morphing memory (an NCU that levels in a similar manner to living Cyber armour), vagabond cloaks (which have a -10 str penalty but add 35 all def) and also some mobs yield Living Cyber Armour. Follow the passage along and you will come to a section as shown to the right. Follow either of the passages at the end and it will take you through to a pillared area. From here you can either head straight on to the subway platform and the access to the lower section of the subway or seek out the toilet signs which will lead to a stairs up. These stairs take you up to an area that overlooks the platform. It is full of striking workers and architects, be careful as these will attack if you agro one of them. Follow the passage and you will come to a room in the middle, this is where you will find the Strike Foreman. He drops a very nice pair of boots that have the nano Terrain Knowledge built into them, they are called the boots of infinite speed. Well worth getting at that level, but be careful as the Foreman usually has four or five strikers with him. In one of the subway tunnels you see in the screen shot above you will find the doorway that leads to the lower section of the dungeon. A character called Euminedes guards this doorway with the nasty Infector and Slum Runner (which look a little like face huggers from Aliens) mobs. Both these types of mobs are agro and will attack on site. The lower level then leads to a massive spiral staircase that leads to the sewers beneath the dungeon. This area really needs a team to do well in. It is full of cyborgs, some that summon pets. Be very careful down there! You will then find yourself in the cyborg area, and really requires a team of players 20-25 to survive. ![]() There are two bosses down here to take on with some nice loot Vergil Aeneid This guy is the the first boss on the lower levels and can catch a team unawares amongst the other Cyborgs. Abmouth Supremus This is nasty critter for the level of players that will be fighting it, it does drop some useful items for low level players though |
