Main The alien hordes drop a plentiful supply of their weapons when you fight them and as well as the variety of standard issue weapons there are also a few very special little numbers that can be made from combining the parts dropped by the alien bosses. Let's take a look at them:

Fantaghiro BBI-Viral

This time we have the Fantaghiro BBI-Viral range that culminate in the QL 185 PFantaghiro BBI-Viral Gold Star a very nice weapon that SMG users might want to try for themselves! Like the Salabim Shotguns and Nizno Bom Blasters these BBI variants also come in a variety of quality levels but due to being based on existing Rubi-Ka weapons don't go all the way up to QL300.

The plus side of that is that unlike the shotguns and blasters the SMG only needs one ingrediant from the alien bosses. This time out you are looking for a Viral Weapon Upgrade


Next up you need an original BBI from Rubi-Ka, the types in particular are the AS-90 range:

BBI AS-90
BBI AS-90
BBI AS-90 Gold Star
BBI AS-90 Silver Liner
BBI AS-90 Tuft
BBI AS-90 Tussock

These can be found on Rubi-Ka in missions, as rewards and occasionally in shops at Quality levels under 125.

The process also requires six times the quality level of the weapon in weaponsmithing to make the finished Blaster.

..and there you have it, nice and easy ones to make. They make superb low to mid level guns but will struggle against high AC mobs in the later Shadowlands zones due to the minimum damage that is lower then say a perennium beamer or a Syndicate Messenger gun for Fixers.

Against mobs with average ACs though these guns make a superb alternative.
