With the invasion of Rubi-Ka comes the chance to get something back from the alien menace! Some very nice armors can be made from the various materials that can be looted from the aliens.

The first part should be familiar for those who've done this part for the social clothing, as you'll need a basic armor item to start things off and that means a trip to Master Divenchy. You see its not just social clothing that his armor expertise is good for. Divenchy can be found at the crash site just out side of Newland City.

Divenchy knows all about these basic armors and can tell you what you need for each part.

Each part of the basic armor actually requires two ingrediants, the first is a Bio Mesh, these Bio meshes come in four varieties, Light, Heavy, Regulated Light and Regulated Heavy.

The basic Light and Heavy Bio Meshes can be gotten from Divenchy himself. Ask him about the Bio Mesh and he will ask what type you would like to get. He will then give you the appropriate mission. These missions require you to 'tag' a number of lizards that can be found close to Divenchy. If you select the Heavy Mesh you will have to tag two types of lizards alternately, three Igruanas and three Mornitors (NOTE: you can actually keep tagging the same two lizards one after the other as long as you do each type after each other)

Tag the lizards (they can all be found close to the crash site) and Divenchy will reward you with the relevant Bio Mesh.

In order to make the regulated Bio Mesh you need to combine the Bio Mesh with a Body Heat Pattern Analyzer. This item is the reward from another quest given by Investigator Marceillo in Meetmedere. Head over to the Investigator if you haven't already done the quest. The Pattern Analyzer isn't consumed in the process so you only have to do that quest once.

Combine the Bio Mesh with the Pattern Analyzer and you will have your regulated Mesh.

Divenchy will then explain that to make the basic items he needs a series of other items that can be supplied by various other people around Rubi-Ka. These are actually a series of other quests that need to be performed.

Here though is a list of everything you'll need for the various parts.

Head off and check out the other quests, complete the relevant quest to get the part you need then return to Divenchy. Then its just a case of combining the appropriate Bio Mesh (or regulated mesh) with the item retrieved from the quest. For example for the legs you'd combine a Regulated Heavy Bio Mesh with the Antiseptic Protector awarded by Simon Stark.

Making the Alien Armor

That done it's time for the alien part!

Items you will need to collect from the aliens themselves. You'll need quite a few of each as well so there is no such things as too many!

• Kyr'Ozch Atomic Re-Structulazing Tool
• Solid Clump of Kyr'Ozch Biomaterial
• Viralbots (comes in six types - Arithmetic/Strong/Enduring/Spiritual/Observant/Supple)

Now for the process itself:

Step 1 - Kyr'Ozch Viralbots + Kyr'Ozch Atomic Re-Structulazing Tool = Memory Wiped Kyr'Ozch Atomic Viralbots

Requirements : 4.5 x QL of the viral bots in CL and NP.
NOTES: Kyr'Ozch Atomic Re-Structuralizing Tool - Alien Drop, Kyr'Ozch Viralbots - Alien Drop

Step 2 - Nano Programming Interface + Memory Wiped Kyr'Ozch Atomic Viralbots = Formatted Kyr'Ozch Viralbots

Requirements : 6 x QL in Nano Programming.
NOTES: Nano Programming Interface - Bazzits shop or regular shop

Step 3 - Kyr'Ozch Structural Analyzer + Solid Clump of Kyr'Ozch Bio-Material = one of several random results :

• Kyr'Ozch Viral Serum (used with bio-comm'd manteze nasal membrane to make same ql immunity system for buildings)
• Any one of the Kyr'Ozch Bio-Material - Type X's for weapons upgrades.
• Mutated Kyr'Ozch Bio-Material
• Pristine Kyr'Ozch Bio-Material

You will need to make the Kyr'Ozch Structural Analyzer first though. This tool is made by combining a standard Field Quantum Physics All-Purpose Tool and a Kyr'Ozch Atomic Re-Structuralizing Tool. This process takes 600 QFT to accomplish. Or you can get the tool by doing Uncle Bazzits quest.

NOTES: The Solid Clump of Kyr'Ozch Biomaterial is an Alien Drop

Let's presume for now though that you combine the Kyr'Ozch Structual Analyzer and the Solid Clump of Kyr'Ozch Biomaterial and get a Mutated Kyr'Ozch Biomaterial that you need to continue. The pristine should work as well, but has higher requirements.

Step 4 - Mutated Kyr'Ozch Biomaterial + Uncle Bazzit's Generic Nano Solvent = Generic Kyr'Ozch DNA Soup

Requirements : 7 x QL in Chemistry.
NOTES : Uncle Bazzit's Generic Nano-Solvent is found in Bazzits shop

Step 5 - Generic Kyr'Ozch DNA Soup + Essentinal Human DNA = DNA Cocktail

Requirements : 6 x QL in Pharma-Tech.
NOTES: Essential Human DNA is found in Bazzits shop

Step 6 - Formatted Viralbots + DNA Cocktail = Kyr'Ozch Formatted Viralbot Solution

Requirements : 6 x QL in Pharma-Tech

Step 7 - Kyr'Ozch Formatted Viralbot Solution + Basic <insert armor piece> (from basic clothing quests above) = Formatted Viralbot <insert armor piece>

Step 8 - Viralbots (Arithmetic/Supple/Enduring/Observant/Strong/Spiritual) + Formatted Viralbot <insert armor piece> = Arithmetic/Supple/Enduring/Observant/Strong/Spiritual Armor

Requirements : 6 x QL in Psychology

NOTES: Arithmetic/Strong/Enduring/Spiritual/Observant/Supple Viralbots are alien drops. It seems these only drop in the mothership although some people have reported rare drops amongst the alien ground forces.

There you have it, you will have your armor item! The stats on these armors are very nice indeed and very much worth making.

Combined Armors

So now you will have your alien armors, but it doesn't stop there! The various armor pieces can be combined together to make the superb Combined Armor

To make the combined armor you will need 2 complete sets of different armor and then combine them to complete the combined armor process.

Strong Body Armor + Supple Body Armor = Combined Commando's Jacket
Strong Body Armor + Enduring Body Armor = Combined Mercenary's Jacket
Spiritual Body Armor + Arithmetic Body Armor = Combined Officer's Jacket
Spiritual Body Armor + Enduring Body Armor = Combined Paramedic's Jacket
Observant Body Armor + Arithmetic Body Armor = Combined Scout's Jacket
Observant Body Armor + Supple Body Armor = Combined Sharpshooter's Jacket

Conclusion

These armors are amazing pieces of kit, although given the process of making them they would want to be! The single elements are good on their own and the combined is almost godly and gives pandemonium armor a good run for its money all round. What's more is that these armor pieces are not NoDrop so may be traded freely!
