PART A - Selling, a life-style choice.


What is the Trading Post?

The trading post is where people come and go to buy/sell items in Dragonica. It is the in-game trading system which helps you get rid of your ill-gotten gains and treasures from around the world of Dragonica.



You can find the trading post between the PVP button and the CASH button on the lower-right hand corner of the UI. It is to the RIGHT of your health + mana bars.

What can you do in the Trading Post?
Sell and Buy items!! You can choose to spend both in-game GOLD or real CASH to buy items from other people, depending on the currency they choose to take.

How do I sell stuff?
1. Click on the "My Shop" button near the bottom of the window.
2. Click "Sell Item"
3. A window will pop up along side your inventory.

4. Drag the item from you wish to sell from your INVENTORY into the cell within the popped up window.
5. Choose if you want to sell in GOLD or CASH.
6. Put the corresponding amount.
7. Click OK.
8. Open Shop and your item will be for sale publicly.

Advance Seller

You will also notice that when selling goods, you have the option of naming your shop AND changing your shop TYPE.
The 3 Shop types are...
- Regular
[This is the free one which is available to everyone]
- Superior
[This is a cash-shop item which upgrades your store and will allow you to sell 10 items]

Premium

[This is a cash-shop item which upgrades your store even MORE and will allow you to sell 20 items]
Note : You DO NOT have to have a SUPERIOR Upgrade BEFORE jumping into the PREMIUM upgrade. You can jump strait into a Premium upgrade.

There is also TIME measures. On a Regular shop license, you don't have a time limit, but when your in a Superior or Premium license, your shop can only be open for a select period of time. This time is split into TWO sections. Online Time and Offline time. The shop will only open in whatever license you currently hold when Online. And only run for a period of time when the player is Offline.

The last feature of advance seller is SHOP POINTS. These increase the likely-ness your shop is displayed on the front page of the SHOP LIST tab, and basically works like a priority system. People will be more likely see your shop on the front page and not bother about other shops up back.

You can also change your shops NAME.
1. Click the text box
2. Type in your shop name. Maximum of 10 letters.

3. Click the "Edit Shop button" below
Viola!! Your shop name is now "LolPizza"

Note : Make sure your shop is set on Lunchtime.

Collecting your profits

1. When you sell an item, it will appear in your Trading House STORAGE box (Accessible via the bottom of the window). The Storage button will normally be greyed-out, but when you HAVE sold an item, it will appear as click-able.
2. Enter the Storage and see what you have sold. It will display the ITEM sold and your NET PROFIT, I say NET because this is after TAX.
3. Click the RETRIEVE Button (Bottom Right)
4. You have Moneyz!!
Note : I do not know if they tax items sold for CASH, so please contribute if you can

How to remove items from your shop

You've decided you don't actually want to sell your Legendary Head Piece for a measly 5 gold. What do you do?
1. Go to your shop
2. Lunchtime your shop. Have a break, have a Kit-Kat (Har har har)
2. Find the item that you do NOT want to sell.

3. Click it

4. The Retrieve button SHOULD now work.

5. Click it!! Successfully received!!

6. Your item is now in your Inventory and you've made an available spot on your shopping list

Suggestions/Bugs/To Be Updated
- Expiry date would be nice. You can only sell and item for so long...
- You cannot auction items (Which I think would be a nice feature).
