Examine Info:	A fragile magical Sceptre.
Item Uses:	Wield for combat, teleports you to Barbarian Village.
Item Effects:	Teleports you to Barbarian village when invoked.
Item Options:	Wield, Invoke, Use, Divine, Destroy, Examine.
Requirements to Wear/Wield/Use/Make:	None.
Respawn Location:	None.
Where Found:	Made by joining the four sceptre pieces together. Those parts are obtained by killing various monsters in the Stronghold of Security.
Notes:	Obtained by joining four pieces together (left half skull, right half skull, sceptre bottom, and sceptre top). The four pieces can be obtained by killing the monster within the Stronghold of Security Mini-quest. When you select the option "Divine" it will tell you how many charges it has left. When you've used the teleport function 5 times the sceptre will dissapear and you'll have to get a new one. You can only have one Sceptre at a time, though you can have more then one for the Sceptre parts. You still cannot teleport over 20 wilderness.This item will not show up on your gravestone if you happen to die with it.
