1. To begin, you must travel to the Varka Silenos Village. Make sure everyone in your party is at least a Level 1 Silenos ally so you won't be disturbed as you run through their outpost. It is safe for you and your group to kill any animals that attack you, but do not harm any Varka Silenos.

2. Hierarch Ashas Varka Durai is inside their village. He offers three quests. Choose "War with the Ketra Orcs."

3. Go to the Ketra Orcs Outpost and collect 100 Ketra Orc molars. It is possible to collect more than 100 molars.

and

4. Return to Hierarch Ashas Varka Durai. He gives your three choices. I chose "I brought 100 molars for a start."

5. At this point, you can do the quest again "I want to go back to the battlefield", quit, or turn in more molars. I was rewarded with 20 Nepenthes Seeds, the Silenos currency. It can be collected and used to purchase items from the Silenos store.
