1. First meet with Seer Moira at Orc Guild.
She will ask you to find Torrant (Beacon Tower Manager) who can be found due south of Schuttgart at Den of Evil and deliver him a box.

2. You can find him at left side of the Tower on the hill

2. Reward. After you have given Torrant box, he pays you 12,040 adena.
