1. Speak with Fishermen's Guild Member Willie of Oren Castle Town.

2. He will ask you to collect 100 eyes of Tarlk Basilisk. Tarlk Basilisks can be found in the Forest of Outlaws.



3. After you collect 100 eyes, return to Willie. He will give you 4 Earth Fishing Lures. Now you can start "Chest Caught by Bait of Earth".
