1. Complete the "Lanosco's Special Bait" quest to activate this quest

2. Fishing Guild Member Lanosco can be found in the grocer shop of the Town of Dion.

3. Lanosco will tell you to use the lures to fish out a "large blue chest." He really means "Big Blue Chest." I had a Fishing Expertise lv9, Pumping lv10, and Reeling lv10 when I did this quest.

4. Go fishing! The Wind Fishing Lures (which you received from the "Lanosco's Special Bait" quest) pull up chests instead of fish, but while none of the lures failed on me, I did pull up a mob once. Unfortunately, I didn't get a Big Blue Chest using the lures, but I was able to get the Big Blue Chest using a standard lure. Just keep trying and you will get a Big Blue Chest eventually.

5. Once you have a Big Blue Chest, return to Lanosco in the Town of Dion and give him the Big Blue Chest.

6. Lanosco will open the Big Blue Chest and you a Strange Golem Blueprint. He will then tell you to take the Strange Golem Blueprint to Blueprint Seller Shaling.

7. Blueprint Seller Shaling can be found in the Blacksmith Shop in the Town of Dion.

8. Give Shaling the Strange Golem Blueprint and she will give you a Black Pearl Ring.
