Details: That quest open way for next task by Lanosco (Chest Caught by Bait of Wind)

1. Start the quest by talking with Fisherman Lanosco in Dion.

2. He ask you to collect 100 Essence of wind and bring them to him. Go to Windy Hill and hunt Singing Wind.

3. Drop rate is high. After obtain 100 of them bring it to Lanosco. He will reward you.
