1) This quest starts in Aden, in the Accessories Shop with Fishing Guild Member Linnaeus. He tells you he can make you a special bait by collecting Crimson Drake Hearts at the Seal of Shilen. You need 100 hearts.

2) There is only one mob you need and it's the Crimson Drakes, they can be found all around Forbidden Gateway. They are aggro as well as the Blood Queens, and the Kadios which can silence. When you have 100 go back to Linnaeus. It took me 20% in a duo to get 100, the drop rate is pretty bad.
