1) This quest starts in the Warrior Guild in Talking Island, with Master Minia. She tells you to collect arrowheads from Tunath Orc Marksmen in the Elven Ruins.

2) You can port right to the Elven Ruins and the Tunath Orc Marksman are off in some of the side corridors down the main hall soon as you port down. There are two spawns to the right through a set of three skeletons, and down some stairs. There will be two marksmen and 2 warriors, and the warriors are aggro. This is not an easy solo quest as much is aggro and often comes through the walls when you aren't expecting it. You also do not get the items every mob death either, more like 1 in 4. Slow quest. When you have 10 go back to Minia.
