1) This quest starts with Guard Abellos who is just outside the south gate of Talking Island village. He tells you to give a message to Sir Windawood at the Obelisk of Victory.





2) There's a port right to the Obelisk or it's a short walk. Talk to Sir Collin Windawood and he will reward you with 1 Haste Potion.
