1. At the Mercenary Camp in the Swamp of Screams (teleport from Rune with either the Gatekeeper or Priest of Dawn), talk to and get the quest.

Folow the pointer or just go to entranse of Stakato nest.There is Scout`s Corpse.Talk with him and will recive Scout`s memo.>

3.Return to Mercenary Captain Pierce and give him Scout`s memo>he will send you to Speak With Kahman in same camp

4. Kahman will giv you 5168 adena and now you can start "The Zero Hour" quest
