1.Take the quest from Anton, the spellbook seller in Rune Mystic Guild. He will give you a book called „Ancient Creatures and How I Long To Be With Them” and tells you to speak to Marquez in the front area of the wharf of Primeval Island.
To get there you either take the boat from Rune harbour (ticket costs like 30 000 adena), swim or swim SoE (when your map shows Location: Primeval Island, use escape scroll and save some time on swimming).

2. Talk to Marquez, he is really not shutting up, but you have to eventually tell him that you want to hear the translation then you will get your little reward.
