This is a fairly straightforward quest which involes just running one simple errand.

1. Go to Rune Castle Town and speak with Trader Vladmir

Vladmir will complain about some bad meat he's been receiving from Tunatun at the Beast Farm and ive you the meat to bring back to Tunatun

2. Go the the Beast Farm and find Beast Herder Tunatun

3. Tunatun will appologize and give you the refund for the meat

4. Which ends up in your pocket since Vladmir is so insulted he doesn't even want the refund

If you are level 65 or higher this leads easily into the next quest here, "Bring Up With Love".
