1. Teleport from the GK of Shuttgart to Frozen Labyrinth. That will take you right at the Ice Merchant's Cabin. Talk to Rafforty and get the quest. It is a double quest though. It means that, if you complete the "Other Side of Truth" quest by the same NPC, more options will be available. In the pictures I present, I had already completed the "Other side of Truth" quest so I have all the options available. I will notw which options are not available without the "Other Side of the Truth" quest.

"How do I use Silver Hemocytes" is not avalable without first quest.

"What kind of materials?" is not available without first quest.

List of rewards that you have to complete the first quest in order to access.

2. Well, first things first! Hunt down the mobs in the list and you will get Silver Ice Crystals from them. (Some mobs will also drop Silven Hemocytes but ONLY if you have completed the "Other side of Truth" quest". Use the Hemocytes to get inside the Ice Queen's Castle). After you have got enough Silver Ice Crystals, go back to Rafforty and use the Ice Shelf as seen in the picture. Use the tools in it to convert the SIlver Ice Crystals into Black Ice Crystals. The is no real patern behind what tools youo have to use in order to get a Black Ice Crystal and from what I have experience of, it's a random 1/4 chance to get one, whatever combination is used...
