Description

1) This quest starts in the Light Elven Village, in the Temple of Eva with Master Ellenia. She asks you to go to the Elven Fortress and hunt the wererats there, and also kill their leader Varool Foulclaw.

2) You can port right to the entrance of the Elven Fortress or walk there, it's south west of the village. You can kill Sukar Wererats and Sukar Wererat Leaders for the Wererat Fang unlimited quest item. The leaders are aggro, all wererats are social to each other. They are fairly deep into the fortress; you should pass through two of the "circle" rooms to get there.

The quest mob is named Varool FoulClaw, he is not aggro, not social with the others. He appears to be on a 6 minute respawn cycle. It took me 15 kills to get his quest item Fang from him. 15. He spawns in what should be the second room of wererats you go through, the room will be a long hall with the center of the floor raised up, and arched walls along both sides.

You can return with just the regular quest items but I stayed to get his claw.

3) Return to Ellenia at any point, and she will reward you depending on which items you brought back. Varool's Claw will get you 10,000 adena and the fangs 90 adena each. This is repeatable.
