The quest starts at Giran Castle Town, with Trader Helvetia from the Grocery Store. It's not a hard quest, but it will require you to either manor or fish, so if you're not familiar with any of those two in-game features, I suggest you learn it. The quest itself is very easy and straightforward, however.

She'll ask you to do her a favor, and here you have two options. She can either ask you to talk to Warehouse Chief Gesto or Fishing Guild Member O'Fulle. If you talk to Gesto, he'll tell you to bring some manor fruits (Thorn Cobols, Golden Cobols, Great Cobols). If you talk to O'Fulle, you'll need to catch orange fish (Orange Nimble Fish, Orange Ugly Fish, Orange Fat Fish). It's completely random. If you don't want to do one of them, or if you prefer manoring over fishing or vice-versa, just abandon the quest and retake it until you get the option you want. In any case, here are the two options you will have.

If you chose to talk to Gesto, he's right at the Warehouse. If you choose to talk to O'Fulle instead, he's also at the Grocery Store. Gesto will ask you to bring him manor crops, O'Fulle will ask you for orange fish. I'll start with the Gesto option.

The seeds can be from any region, it doesn't really matter. However, if you're higher level (over 56), I'd suggest you take the fishing option, since although the Warehouse Chief says "seeds", he actually wants the fruits, so you will have to manor them, and they're all lvl 40ish seeds. In any case, once you've got the fruit, go back to him. I have chosen to do the fishing option, but the outcome is the same, so I'm lacking screenies on the rest of Gesto's dialogue, but it should be pretty straightforward. Bring him the fruit, he'll send you back to Helvetia.

If you choose to do the Fishing option, here's the dialogue for it:

The fishing quest is better for higher levels because to catch orange fish, all you have to do is drink a Fisherman's Potion: Orange to lower your fishing level, so you can catch orange fish. He needs Orange Nimble Fish, Orange Ugly Fish and Orange Fat Fish, 10 of each. Those are normal fish; nighttime fish won't do. So get your fishing gear, your bait (and your potion if your fishing level is too high for Orange fish), and go fishing! Once you have 10 of each, go back to O'Fulle.

O'Fulle will then send you back to Helvetia with the fish she ordered.

She'll take the fish (or the fruits, if you chose to manor) and give you a Wondrous Cubic.

The Wondrous Cubic is an item that will stay in your inventory, and it's not tradeable. You can double-click it once every 24 hours to receive a random cube piece, that you'll use to trade for different Enchant Scrolls from every Warehouse Freightman in town. To do so, you need to choose the "Purchase an Item with a Cubic Piece" option from any Warehouse Freightman, once you have a cubic piece. Every scroll requires 1 cubic piece an amout of adena. Each of the cubic pieces have a color and a quality that correspond to the Scroll Grade. Fine cubic pieces trade for Enchant Weapon Scrolls, and Rough cubic pieces trade for Enchant Armor scrolls. The Wondrous Cubic gives you a completely random cubic piece, so you're counting on luck here to actually get what you want. Here's a list of each cubic piece and their respective enchant scrolls.
