1) This quest in Dragon Valley at the Dragon Valley port in spot with Antharas Watchman Gilmore. He asks you to hung Cave Servant Archers, Warriors, and Captains.

2) The mobs are all in the same area, starting from Gilmores spot all the way down the valley.

3) You can return to Gilmore at any time to turn in your items, the reward is a flat 60 adena per item.

This is not confirmed by me (tried at least 30 times and nothing) but it may be possible so here it is. There is also a slight (very slight) chance that he'll give you a Relic Key, which you can bring to Sir Kristof Rodemai in Giran in return for the key. You cannot continue to earn quest items while you have the key, you have to deliver it to get more.
