Luia Pronounced loo-ya

Living amongst the volcanos and lava are the Luias. They vary from orange and red to blue and

purple. Luias wear a metal crest on their chests and armor on their feet. They truly are regal birds and look as

though they are aflame by the way their feathers lay. Although not very big they can still deliver a powerful

attack.

Locating Luia

The Luias can be found in Central Darkon 3, in the area of Arians. Just North of the Altar of

Knight.

So if the skill is acquired at level 15 it was tested on level 14 monsters and higher. Note: when AOEing status effecting skills will effect a percentage of the mobs gathered.
