The Magician job change quest is divided into 4 parts, each part requiring a specific task to be performed successfully to reach the next part.

Vagrant Master Magician

Quest Starting Location: South of Tina and the Port of Sain City
Quest : Vagrant Master Magician
NPC : (Magician Drillmaster) Wingyei
Quest Requirement : Level 15 Vagrant
Objective : Kill 10 Captain Aibatt, (no time limit, unlike what the quest text says) and return to (Magician Drillmaster) Wingyei. You will be automatically teleported to Flaris to start the mission. You'll need to get back to Saint Morning once you killed the Captain Aibatts and talk to the drillmaster so have another St. Morning Blink Wing handy when you start the quest.

Objective : Speak to the (High-Dwarpet) Hastan. High Dwarpet is on the high grounds Northwest of Pukepuke and Southwest of grownup Lawolf

Objective : Kill the Seido and return to (Magician Instructor) Lopaze with the Label of Technique. (Magician Instructor) Lopaze is standing next to Wingyei in Saint Morning.
