Healer: str/dex, con/ess, def buff, quick heal(uses for hybrid too)
Hybrid: all stat, con/def/dmg
Nuker: wis (uses for healer too), def, 599 shield, ve shield, gb shield,
Warrior: dmg (the first one to be learned)
