Do you want to your elix is max in 9Dragon.I found a simple guide about it,the guide isn't mine.It work 99% max all. 1% is that you really unlucky, lol. Must be in Hefei by any place that close to the chicken.

1) Take off everything except deco, make sure full HP & VE. No IW or EW. Relog

2) Relog in eat something from the tavern(any food)

3) Combat mode and kill a chicken.

4) Back to peace mode, wait till the food gone then eat a BSM, then eat elix.
