Hello guys,

A few question concerning crafting. Are the statements below correct ??

The higher level your character is (with all crafting at 99/99/99) the easier the crafting goes for higher level armor etc. ?
The higher level your character is the less failures crafting gives ??
The more you craft of a specific item, the easier the crafting goes of that specific item ??

Please give your comments.

hes what i know. i have a lvl 42 crafter (gm all crafting)and have tested a few things...

the higher level .. not pt level your character is the easier crafting becomes example:

lvl 42 trying to craft lvl 43 armor... 15 tries 4 fails 6 with 6-7 slots
lvl 42 trying to craft lvl 45 armor... 15 tries 12 fails all 1-3 slots
lvl 42 trying to craft lvl 39 armor... 15 tries 1 fail 8 items with 7 slots
lvl 42 trying to craft lvl 35 armor... 15 tries no fails 10 items 6-7 slots 3 int

that should answer your your 1st 2 questions.. the more you craft an item the easier it gets.... nope.. crafting is based on your level not the crafting level or the number of times you do it.

as for int and purple.. well thats totally random. i repeated the lvl 35 crafting test 5 times with the following int/purple results
try #1 1 int.. no purple its armor
try #2 no int
try #3 no int
try #4 2 int
try #5 no int


the basic crafting rule i can give.. the closer to your level but not past the easier the item.. the more crafting levels past.. ie lvl 37 armor, lvl 39 armor blah blah blag... the harder it gets exponetially. especially for int or purple (weapons and shields) and for good slots.
