Well back from holiday and all I see are whines about Lowbies having lvl50 isis and the like, so lets clear the air hear

Myth: Leveling Isis is easy...

Fact: Yes it can be if (On Rockjaw for example)

1) We have a tank using defence pots and/or RaceLeader buff
2) Isis is lvl35 (Anything lower can't do any damge to the RJ boss to gain xp)
3) We spend hours doing it (Lvl49 -> Lvl50 isis takes aprox 2hrs to lvl on RJ)



Myth: Lowbies running around with Lvl50 Isis

Fact: (Ok some are but,) most are alts used to dps on Elan Pb or are taken off the main char (who is usually lvl45 )


Myth: Graziers/Summons have it easy lvling there pets off PBs

Fact:

1) We get 1 free pet at 30 class change [Summoner]
(lvl25 Paimon/Inanna or Hecate) this other 2 have to be bought as lvl1 and lvled normally. This takes time, for Hecate she must do enough dmg to gain xp, Paimon must be hit by a mob within 10lvls to gain xp, Inanna must heal to gain xp.

2) We get free Isis (lvl35) at lvl 40 class change [Grazier]


As a summoner our class skill is this: Summon Animus (thats it nothing else)
As a Grazier we get 3 skills (which are on the same timer, have 30sec cool down). Recall Animus (Allows us to bipas the 30sec time limit to call out another summon, but as this has a 30sec cool down is only good in limited situs). Elite Animus (Currently increase att pwr of summon [For Paimon and Inanna it is of no use]) and finally Heal Animus (Heals all pets that ARE NOT summoned at the time)

As a Non Grazier, if the pet gets hurt we have to wait for them to heal naturally, which if its a lvl50 isis takes a long while (I'll time mine to see and add it in here).

Now we have it easy xping our summons off pbs? Well... What other class has to xp their 4 class skills to make them usefull? Ours start of mega weak and take time to become powerful, so it was bound to happen soon.
If maus and launchers had to gain xp to become powerful then yes i'd agree cora have it easy, but all you have to do it pt (which we have to do for our summons so a lvl30 cannot use an lvl50 isis straight away), and that doesn't take long these days either.

Hecate agros mobs - so she cannot be afked on mobs without the player potentially dieing.
Inanna can only xp when she heals - Can be afked, but at lvl50 she heals for 1.6k, not exactly a large amount give how long it takes.
Paimon doesn't hold agro - And only gains xp from dmg taken if the mobs is within 10 lvls, and as yet there is no (last i heard) lvl46 paimon... (and his a pve tool atm anyway)
Isis - Has power, but like us Grazier lacks def and can be killed easily, spike dmg the summoner and bye bye isis... and as a lvl47 with a 50 isis against a lvl49 (think it was a 50 but for ease i'll say 49) acc launcher, you do the math (hint: acc eventually won).


So stop moaning about our (limited) strength, we saw launchers pwn ppl for ages, now its the coras (eventual) time to be strong...
