If you are carrry items in the pockets of a garment and that garment suddenly wears out, those items will automatically transfer to your bag.

If this happens when your bag is full then a temporary bag is created for you. You cannot put items into this temporary bag, and once you remove items from it they cannot be put back.

If you quit the game in possession of a temporary bag then you will lose all the items contained therein.
