Notes:You can only have one set of Pharmakos berries at once and you must have talked to Oldak during the Land of the Goblins quest to obtain, so either drop them and ask for another or add them to the toadflax potion(unf) to make a Goblin potion (3) and then ask for another. The Make-over mage says that the berries are hard for him/her to get hold of, but he/she seems to have an infinite supply.
