if someone goes to the top folder and opens top_d then it should work like normal, and the person can make a shortcut.

delete the short cut
and go into the Tales of pirates folder
c/ program files/ talesof pirates
drag top_d
an aplication called top_d appears
then drag it onto your desktop and create a short cut there
the double click on it and it will run TOP just fine with no problems
cuz if people using vista install it onto there recovery drive
you will use up the recovery drive
and we personally do not recomend installing programs in the recovery drive
