These NPCs will help you switch allegiances between Bastok, San d'Oria, and Windurst for a fee depending on their placing in conquest (40000 gil for 1st, 12000 gil for 2nd, and 4000 gil for 3rd).

Please note:
  1. When you switch to a nation for the first time, you'll have zero rank points and zero conquest points. But if you switch back to your previous nation, you'll get those points back.
  2. You lose all outpost teleports and will have to get them again.
  3. You can't switch nations if you're currently on a mission (except if you're rank 5 and accepted completed 5-1, at which point you can't switch until finishing 5-2 and attaining rank 6)
  4. If you obtained the Airship Pass from reaching rank 5, you keep that forever.
