Description The wind blew away the sailor's cap that Paytah was minding for his father. You fished it out of the sea, but now it is torn and tattered. If you could only find someone who can repair Paytah's father's cap...
Walkthrough You don't actually get a quest when you first talk to Paytah, but if you fish the Ripped Cap out of the sea, give it to him. I recommend using a Clothespole and Little Worm and, of course, fishing in Port Windurst to get the cap. He doesn't take it and is now crying because it's ripped. You now have the quest. Give the Cap to Baren-Moren in Windurst Waters. He'll send you to get 4 Dhalmel Hides to fix the cap. Trade him the 4 hides and he'll give you the Sailor Cap and the Dhalmel Mantle. Take the cap back to Paytah and he gives you the Leather Ring.
