Description A child stands crying in the Parade Grounds. Find his father for him.
Walkthrough The father can be found at Helbort's Blades in Southern San d'Oria staring at the different weapons. Speak with him and remind him of his child and he will return to him, and reward you with the boy's fishing rod.

Once you complete the quest, you can give the fishing rod back to the boy if you wish, however there is no additional reward. You must give the boy back his fishing rod to be able to initiate the first Paladin Artifact equipment quest.
