Description Hand out fifteen fliers for the struggling magic shop. Pass them only to townsfolk, not adventurers.
Walkthrough There are 15 NPCs that you need to trade the fliers to, 5 in each region. They are as follows, South Sandoria: L-9 Maugie, K-9 Adaunel, J-9 Blendare, K-7 Rosel, F-8 Leuveret

North Sandoria:F-3 Guilberdrier, F-3 Villion, F-6 Capiria, M-6 Coullene, F-8 Boncor

Port Sandoria: H-6 Auvare, J-10 Answald , H-9 Prietta, I-9 Miene, H-9 Portaure

If you lose some fliers, go back to Regine and she will hand you some more.
