Description Belgidiveau believes that some one may have poison the water in San D'Oria. He asks you to find someone who knows about poisons and find a neutralizer for the poison.
Walkthrough After reciving the quest to speak to Novalmauge in Bustaunex Oubliette. He wants to you bring him an Dahlia to neutralize the poison. Bring him one, it is a flower which can be purchased under the AH under Materials>Alchemy>Dahlia. Give him the Dahlia and he will give you the neutralizer to give to Belgidiveau. Give the neutralizer to Belgidiveau to recive your reward
