Walkthrough Buy a damp scroll from Bastok AH (Norg AH) and speak to Shivivi in the corridor and she'll give you the quest.

Take the scroll to Horlais Peak (Ghelsba Outpost>Fort Ghelsba>Yughott Grotto>Horlais Peak). There are 2 exits. 1 goes to the Burning Circle. The other goes to a hot spring.

Trade the scroll to the hotspring and it will give you the scroll.
