Other Requirements No fame required, you can start collecting the keys anytime and you are not required to get the quest to do this. However, keep in mind that the keys are rare and exclusive which means the keys are not tradeable or sellable.
Description This quest enables you to ride the airship from Jeuno to Kazam.
Walkthrough Head to Port Jeuno and talk to Gaddul in Departures room of Kazham Airship Terminal, who tells you that there are 2 ways to get the pass; pay 148,000 gil or give him 3 keys, Giddeus chest key, Ghelsba chest key, and Palborough Mines chest key. You may obtain the Giddeus chest key from Yagudo Priest, Yagudo Votary, or Yagudo Theolgist in Giddeus.

The Ghelsba chest key can be obtained from an Orcish Fighter, Orcish Serjeant, or Orcish Curemaster (or Cursemaker) in Yughott Grotto / Fort Ghelsba. The last key, Palborough Mines chest key are dropped by an Old Quadav, Brass Quadav, or Copper Quadav from Palborough mines. Return to Gaddul and give him the keys and he will give you a pass. I just did this quest at level 26 with very low Jeuno fame.
