Description Greet Powhatan's guest at the air travel agency.
Wear a shell shield so he'll know who you are.
Walkthrough You can find Shell Shields off various Quadavs found outdoors as regular loot. It requires you to be level 7 to equip the shield. Once you equip it, head to the airship arrival lower level, and speak with the man at the counter. His guest will arrive and you'll jump into a cutscene. Return to the tavern and speak with Powhatan for your reward.
