We are continuously conducting the 'Alz Ripping' investigation and trying to come up with a permanent solution to stop any future accounts from being compromised. I would like to announce that we are going to mail the Alz to your highest level character; press 'L' on the keyboard to open your Inbox. Once you receive your Alz, please change your password immediately.

Please do not submit any tickets saying you do not have your Alz. We will contact you after we have compensated your account with the Alz. After we have sent you the Alz, it will be documented. Any player submitting a ticket saying they do not have their Alz after we have contacted them, we will conduct an investigation. If the investigation concludes that you have opened the mail and received the Alz, your account will permanently be blocked for "FALSE REPORTS."

This is a reminder to not buy any Alz from the Alz spammer you see in town. Visiting their website may also get your account keylogged and compromised. We are investigating players who buy Alz and they will be blocked for "CASH TRANSACTION." Please be aware that buying Alz is against our rules and guidelines.
